Dear Wolfspeed Technicians,

I'm a MSc Student at Polytechnic of Turin doing a Thesis in cooperation with an important Aerospace Company to develop models for Solid State Power Controllers, aka Circuit Breakers.

I'm trying to develop a SSPC model on LTSpice and i'd be glad to have a model for the CAB760M12HM3.

Could you please provide me such a file or give some hints to make an equivalent circuit with the stock files?
