CAB650M17HM3 LTSpice Model

Dear Wolfspeed team,

I'm a MSc Student at Polytechnic of Turin doing a Thesis in cooperation with an important Aerospace Company to develop models for Solid State Power Controllers, aka Circuit Breakers.

I'm trying to develop a SSPC model on LTSpice and i'd be glad to have a model for the CAB650M17HM3.

Could you please provide me such file? I know it's a new device but also a preliminary model would be ok for the purposes of my work.
