Dear Wolfspeed team,

I'm a MSc Student at Polytechnic of Turin doing a Thesis in cooperation with an important Aerospace Company to develop models for Solid State Power Controllers, aka Circuit Breakers.

I'm trying to develop a SSPC model on LTSpice and i'd be glad to have a model for the CAB650M17HM3.

Could you please provide me such file? I know it's a new device but also a preliminary model would be ok for the purposes of my work.

    All SPICE models can now be found on our website at https://www.wolfspeed.com/tools-and-support/power/ltspice-and-plecs-models/

    Hi Andrea,

    We are currently in the process of developing new LTSpice models for our commercial power module products, but we don't have any preliminary models for 1.7 kV devices yet. These will likely become available within the next two months. I will follow up with you via email when it is available.
