Physical Properties of 4H-SiC

I have received a request from a customer to provide data on the physical properties of your 4H-SiC.

Can you provide data on the following three properties?

1) Thermal conductivity [W/(m x K)]:

2) Density [kg/m^3]

3) Specific heat [J/(kg x K)]

The customer's objective is to simulate thermal and stresses.
