Dear all


I bought the six pack evaluation board KIT-CRD-CIL12N-FMC as well as CCB021M12FM3 as targeted module. However when I received the board, I'm a bit confused how should I press it in when the holes are blocked. I attached the figure.

what is the standard process for this?

    Please refer to the user guide for the KIT-CRD-CIL12N-FMC found here: https://cms.wolfspeed.com/download/22071

    The module is installed into the sockets on the bottom side of the eval board. We utilized sockets rather than a press-fit connection for the dynamic evaluation tool to allow for easy replacement of the power module.
