On/off time of the module

Dear Wolfspeed Technicians,

I am about to use the module CAB450M12XM3 for circuit test, but I found that the data sheet did not introduce the turn-on time and turn-off time. What is the turn-on time and turn-off time of the SiC MOSFET in the module? I mean the approximate range, for example: more than ten nanoseconds? Hundreds of nanoseconds?

The turn-on and turn-off times for the CAB450M12XM3 power module are typically in the 10s to 100s of ns. These times are primarily affected by the overall gate resistance from the gate driver external gate resistor and output stage, but the source current and junction temperature also have some effects.
