inter-electrode capacitance
Hi. I want to extract the MOSFET capacitance using the spice file but the capacitances are modeled using dependent current source and resistor. Can you please let me know how this model work and how can I calculate these capacitance. Thank you in advance.

Hi,
If you look at the equation defining the behavioral current source, you'll note that it's some function multiplied by dV/dt. This means that the behavioral current source is I = C dV/dt which corresponds to the fundamental differential equation that defines capacitors. To extract C(V), you can solve the equation, ignoring the ddt() component, and find your capacitance value for these components at any given voltage level.
