On Speedfit Design Simulator, both warnings occur at the same time. How can it be solved?

Hi everyone,

I have a question about the loss simulator (Speedfit). When i start to simulate CAB450M12XM3 SiC module according to the parameters below, i'm getting a warning that is showned in the picture below with green highlighted. This is about the load inductance. In the picture above at the schematic view side simulator says L must be higher than 0,01mH. At the bottom side simulator says L must be below 0,01. So, it can not be run to extract the power loss solutions. i appreciate anyone who helps me to solve this. Take care.

Parameters

Modulation Algorithm--> Space Vector, DC Link Voltage--> 800VDC

Output Current--> 324Arms Cont., Output Voltage (Ph-Ph)--> 495Vrms

Output Frequency--> 933Hz, Switching Frequency--> 20kHz

Modulation Index--> 0,875, Power Factor--> 0,78, Load Type--> Inductive

Cooling Condition

Cooling Method--> Liquid, Flow Rate--> 10L/min, Tamb/Coolant-->65ºC

    Hi,

    This is a known issue and is currently something that we're working on addressing. I've tested this simulation and it seems like the assertion that says that inductance cannot be less than 0.01mH is not valid anymore. This is an active work-in-progress at this time but I recommend checking back within the next day or two and you should be able to run this simulation.

    Thanks,

    Zack
