Do you have reference design for module CAB760M12HM3? Have it been tested at its rated current 760A ? and has it been used by your customer and verified in their products?

    Jim,

    The modules are tested and qualified to the rating on the front of page of the ds (765 A @ Tc = 90 °C). Yes many customers are using this module to its full potential.
