Hello! Looking at the CAS480M12HM3, what bare die diode and mosfets are found inside the unit?

    MOSFETs are CPM3-1200-0016A, diodes are CPW6-1200-Z050A. 7 MOSFETs and 6 Diodes per switch position.

    Thank you. I can not find teh datasheet of CPW6-1200-Z050A in Wolfspped website. Coudl you please provide this for us
