如果使用模块化的1200V的SIC功率器件(CAB011M12FM3,CCB032M12FM3),驱动器采用CGD1700HB2M-UNA配合差分CGD12HB00D可以驱动吗?如果使用分立的SIC(C3M0021120K)器件,可以使用上述的驱动器进行驱动吗?
对于1700V的SIC器件,有没有配套的SIC型号(模块化与分立的都可以)以及对应的驱动板?CGD1700HB2M-UNA配合差分CGD12HB00D可以驱动1700V的SIC吗?如果可以,说一下SIC的型号(模块化与分立的都可以)

Yes, the CGD1700HB2M-UNA paired with the CGD12HB00D can drive a 1,700 V power module or discrete. To provide an example, the CAB320M17XM3 power module could be driven with this driver.
If you're looking for a gate driver with a peak output current of 15 A, you may need to design your own board. There are many driver ICs capable of hitting this peak current such as the Texas Instruments' UCC5870 or UCC5880 or IXYS's IXD_630 or Analog Devices' ADuM4177. Wolfspeed's CGD1700HB3P-HM3 gate driver is capable of peak currents up to 14 A with a 1,700 V working voltage capability, which may meet your application's needs.
