power loss
Hello, I would like to ask whether the final simulation power loss value of the device thermal simulation system of Corey refers to the sum of the power loss of three power modules (6 SiC devices)? If the power loss of a single power module is to be obtained, is it only necessary to divide the loss value of the simulation result by 3? If you want to find the loss of a single SiC device, do you just divide the loss of the simulation result by 6?

Hi,
You are correct - the value that you are seeing is the total power loss due to the devices in the system. To see the power loss per switch position, you'll divide the total system power by the number of switches in this case.
Thanks,
Zack
