My cusotomer has question.Please cooperate me.

The customer wants to know what kind of test guarantees the specification "Operating Junction =175℃".

Are there any test items specified by JEDEC, etc. to guarantee this specification? Or is it guaranteed by wolfsppe's own tests?

It would be helpful if you could tell me.

Yes, Wolfspeed follow JEDEC standard for Industrial parts, AECQ101 for automotive parts.

You can ask for qualification reports from sales.

Is there a description in the qualification report of the tests performed to guarantee Tj=175°C?

For example, HTRB, HTGB and their test conditions, etc.

Yes, the testing conditions are described in the qualification report. If we have the NDA with the customer, we can share our qualification report. Do you know if the NDA exist?
