Hi Tangwei,
It is not possible to determine what type of fault occurred with the output differential Fault signal due to the AND gate that combines all of the faults together.
With this driver though, you can visually determine what fault occurred to some degree by looking at the LEDs. DT5 and DT7 indicate the UVLO fault status, whereas DT6 and DT8 generally indicate a fault has occurred. For example, if a red LED DT6/DT8 turns on while the green LEDs DT5/DT7 are still on, then this indicates an overcurrent fault has occurred.
