Hi Wolfspeed team,

can you please help me with the part number for the “32mm x 32mm x 1mm Aluminum Nitride Interface” part listed as part of the BOM on the SpeedVal Kit™ Modular Evaluation Platform​ Power Daughter Cards (TO-263 devices)

    Hello Kreyes,

    This is a custom part from China. We do not have a part number but attached is the spec sheet. The Length and Width are custom cut.
