Typical output current capability vs fsw

Hi,
On CAB400M12XM3 datasheet, at the end, the Typical output current capability vs fsw figure is shown for an inverter application.
I get that this is only possible in the depicted conditions (Tc, Vds, Tj, Rg and MF).
How this relationship is obtained? Can I guess so?
- Psw (Ptot, Pcond, Etot(Vds), fsw)
- Ptot(Tj, Tc, Rthjc)
- Pcond(Ids, Rdson)
- Rdson(Ids, Tj)
I tried to emulate the curve but no success with this "algorithm".
What Ids is considered for a particular Iout with MF=1?

Hi jvl,
We calculate the inverter ampacity across switching frequency with measured data that is collected during the datasheet creation process. The attached documents walks through the calculations and summarizes which simplifications are assumed.
