internal gate resistance
Hello,
In the datasheet of the HM3 and XM3 SiC power modules, the internal gate resistor's value is given. I want to ask is the internal gate resistance given in the power module datasheet the MOSFET's intrinsic RG, or it is the value of the gate resistor integrated inside the power module?
For the CAS480M12HM3, the RG(int) is given and the test condition is also given of 100KHz. So is this RG(int) is the MOSFET's gate resistance?
While for CAS480M12HM3, the RG(int) is given but no test condition is given. Is this the integrated gate resistor's value?
Thanks!

WWB,
The internal gate resistance given in the module datasheet is the total gate resistance as seen from outside of the module. The test conditions are 25 mV, 100 kHz.
Thanks,
