Modulation issues with XM3 Inverter CAN source code

Hi, I'm using the crd300da12e xm3 inverter for a research project. I modified the source code updatePWM() in "XM3 Inverter CAN Example Source Code V1_3" to add harmonics in phase current. It works on phase B and C output, but phase A output ignores the injection. During the CCS debug, I could see the phase A PWM reference updates with the injection but the phase A voltage only contains the fundamental. I'm wondering if there is any firmware module prevents non-sinusoidal modulation passing to phase A gate drivers. Thanks.

There is nothing in firmware that prevents non-sinusoidal modulation. If you can share the waveforms or what has been modified, I'd be happy to help troubleshoot the issue.
