About Vgs_MAX and Vgs_op

Please tell me about the data sheet of CAB450M12XM3.

The datasheet states that the CAB450M12XM3 Vgs_max is -4V and Vgs_op=-4V.

Is this correct?

Isn't Vgs_max=-8V described in Note1 correct?

Hi TKishi,

You are correct. The -8V will be the lower limit during transients in the new datasheet. We are working on the datasheet update for CAB450M12XM3.
