Can you provide the VDS withstand voltage diagram of E3M0075120D? What is the relationship between the maximum withstand voltage value and time? Reference diagram example

    Hi Frank,

    Are you trying to know the failure rate?

    Is this just one time condition? If it is one time condition, there is not a problem at all. 1100V is below 1200V rating, there is no life time concern at all.

    If it is repetitive, we can estimate the failure rate if you provide the mission profile, such as, how often this pattern repeats, how long is the working hour during the day, what is expected life time, etc.
