HALF BRIDGE MODEL USING C3M0065100K
HELLO,
I have tried a lot of time to simulate the half bridge module using SiC MOSFET(C3M0065100K) IN LTSPICE but all the time i have failed to do it. Please suggest me how to do it properly or what will be the arrangement in LTSPICE? THANK YOU.

Hello Pinakpani,
Can you please give more details of how your previous attempts have been unsuccessful, what are the errors you run into?
Can you share a schematic file that you've created? Thank you!

I have attached the schematic with the error-showing file for your reference. Kindly suggest how to solve this problem. Thank you.

Hi Pinakpani,
I looked at the screenshot and it seems like you're missing two key components. You need to have a *.lib command that points to the library file and you need you update the Value of the MOSFET symbols (right-click the symbol and overwrite NMOS with C3M0065100K). Please see the screenshot below that demonstrates the implementation.
Thanks,
Zack

Hi,
Your command may look like what I provided ".lib C3M0075120K.lib" or it may also be ".lib C:\..\C3M0075120K.lib" if it isn't stored in the same working folder as the schematic file. You need to make sure you're pointing that *.lib command directly to the device model.
Thanks,
Zack
