Fault in driver board CGD12HBXMP

Dear Wolfspeed Technicians,
When I used CGD12HBXMP to drive CAB450M12XM3, I don't know what caused this situation: the input driver signal to the driver board was a differential signal of constant+2.5V, but after passing through the driver board, the output was not a high-level signal of+15V, but a square wave signal as shown in the figure. May I ask what is the reason for this? Is it a pre-set alarm signal?
Best regards.

Hi baiyujing,
Where is this signal being measured? Can you share a picture of your test and probe setup?
Also, how are you generating the differential signal?
