PLECS Model request for CAB450M12XM3

Hi Wolfspeed, I want to ask for the PLECS model of CAB450M12XM3.I plan to use CAB450M12XM3 as inverter. Now I am collecting the energy losses result and junction temperature of CAB450M12XM3 and hope to verify the results with PLECS model. Please let me know if you need more information and looking forward to your reply. Thanks.

I would recommend downloading All SiC Module PLECS Models, since it contains all of the module PLECS models all of which can easily be added to your PLECS search path in one step. If you also need discrete parts, download All PLECS Device Models instead.
