Hello.

My concern is about a part number suffix... CAS300M17BM2 vs. CAS300M17BM2D - what is the difference or in other words what´s the meaning of the suffix "D"?

    Hello 4Source,

We don't have a 'D' suffix in our standard part numbering guidelines. Do you mind to post a picture of the CAS300M17BM2D module? And if you don't mind sharing, where was the module purchased?

    Best Regards,

    Austin C.

    Hello AustinC,

I have the same question at the moment and here would be a related picture:

Does the D possibly show the sample state?

    Many thanks in advance!

    Hello 4Source and Fertmann,

I received information that the CAS300M17BM2D modules were a special request from a customer that required functional Schottky diodes in the modules but were not concerned with the state of the MOSFETs. These modules failed end of line characterization for the MOSFET parameters, but the anti-parallel Schottky diodes were functional, so they were laser marked with a D.

    Best Regards,

    Austin C.
