why the losses in the Sic mosfet diode in the SpeedFit online emulator is zero?? Although the theory analysis shows that there will be losses in the diode also and it also have two separate .xml file for conduction loss of diode and switch.

    Please try to give as much detail as you can about the simulation. What is the topology? What are the system specifications? Which MOSFET model are you using? Thank you!
