The 3D available online is outdated and does not match the latest datasheet.

Hi BGochis,

I'll mention the wrong Dimension Symbols - A, L3, L4, and b3.

Some indends in the 3D are not shown in the datasheet.

Hey Dany,

I reviewed the dimensions you noted and here are my comments:

Dimension A: This is out of spec by 0.02mm which is not a significant factor and will not effect any simulations or modeling work. Please refer to the datasheet for most accurate dimension tolerances. I will work on updating the model to bring this dimension within spec

Dimension L3: Is not out of spec on the model per my measurements. Please double check you are using the latest datasheet and model

Dimension L4: This is a reference dimensions therefore it is not a controlled parameter of this package and is only shown to use as a rough reference

Dimension b3: Is not out of spec on the model per my measurements. Please double check you are using the latest datasheet and model
