Not sure if WolfSpeed has Spice model for your C4D10120A SiC Schottky device? Thanks . yenwu lo

    Hello YW_Lo,

    It is available to download from our website. Please use this Link.

    Download ALL SPICE MODELS. It has a folder called "Schottkys" that has all our Schottky Diode SPICE models. Hope this helps. Thank you!
