Junction Temperature

Hi, I would like to inquire about the output characteristic diagram on the CPM3-1700-R020E datasheet.

The Output Characteristic in the diagram shows the test results of this component at Tj=-55ºC/25ºC/175ºC.

I would like to know how the actual testing is conducted to control Tj at these temperatures.

Is it achieved by controlling Tc or Ta to approximate the Tj temperature?

Or are there any specific testing methods employed?

Thank you.

    Hello Henry,

for temperatures above room temperature you can use a heating plate.

For temperatures below room temperature you can use a chiller.
