Why is the turn-on and turn-off speed of Vgs too slow when using CGD1700HB3P-HM3 and CAB760M12HM3?

Why is the output rise time and output fall time of Vgs too long when using CGD1700HB3P-HM3 and CAB760M12HM3? And the data given in the datasheet of CGD1700HB3P-HM3 is too different.

    Hi mika_bh,

The test condition for the output rise & fall times in the table is a 68 nF load.

The input capacitance of the CAB760M12HM3 is larger when no voltage bias is applied from drain to source as seen in the chart below. Therefore the rise & fall times will be greater.

    Best Regards,

    Austin C.
