Component Naming Conventions

Hello,
I am trying to shop for available bare die SiC MOSFETs but keep running into additional 3 letter qualifiers at the end of component numbers that I can't find information about.
For example, one distributor has the CPM3-1200-0016A available with the qualifiers -FY6, -FS6, and -WJ6. What is the difference between these components?
Thank you,
Jude

Hello Jude,
there is no difference between those parts.

Hello,
Thank you for the quick response! The distributor has them listed under different prices and minimum purchase amounts so I assume there must be some difference. I am in contact with them and trying to see if they can tell me the difference.
In the meantime, are there any variations on the same part that may impact the price they are sold for?
Thanks,
Jude

Technically there are no differences.
All other aspects must be discuessed with the distributor.
