Meaning of "Max" value of Vth in datasheet

What is mean with the "max" value of Vth in the datasheet ? Does this represents the spread due to manufacturing or also a possible drift during operation ?

    Hello Saraujo,

    It represents the the max. value as measured at the given test conditions. It is basically the spread due to manufacturing.
