Hallo,

Dose any one Know how to get the C3M0016120K conducting losses and Turn on and off losses Look up Table? Iam Simulating the DAB and i have to evaluate the thermal losses for that i need to add the look up table of this kind of MOSFETs.

    Hello Khaledsailan,

Which software are using to simulate the DAB?

If you're using PLECs, our PLECs model for C3M0016120K can be downloaded from our website Simulation Models Page

    I am using SIMBA Simulation

    Hello Khaledsailan,

You can make your look-up tables for the conduction and switching losses from the datasheet curves of C3M0016120K.

Alternatively, you can also download our PLECs models and use the look-up tables in the .xml file used to create those models. For example, below is the table for the turn-on energy at 25C and the losses are calculated using the multi-variable equation given below the table:

The PLECs models also have turn-off energy and conduction losses look-up table and Cauer thermal model for the device you can use. Depending how you implement the look-up tables in SIMBA, the accuracy of the model will be affected. Let me know if you have any other questions!
