Hi

The SpeedVal Kit™ Modular Evaluation Platform only offers the daughter cards for the TO-247-4 packaged devices. However, there are no daughter cards for the TO-247-3 packaged devices. Can you tell me how to use TO-247-3 packaged devices on the SpeedVal Kit™ Modular Evaluation Platform?

    Hello,

    We have developed a board for the 3-lead version. It is in production now, and should be available for purchase through distribution (Arrow, Digikey, Mouser) in late April - early May.
