In the data sheet relating to the above driver a value for Rgext is given as 5ohm and 2.5ohm, obviously incompatable with the claimed 14A drive. A further value for Rg is given as 0.3ohm and 0.4ohm.
How do these values corellate, if the external gate resistance is 5ohms how can the total gate resistance be 0.3ohms?
