Hello,

We regarding the DPT circuit from datasheet to build circuit by SIMPLIS but simulation waveform be failed.

Could you help us to review it and help us to modify or recommend it? thank you!

    Hello,

    There are a few issues with the schematic that will need to be corrected for the simulation to work properly. Updates are marked up in blue in the diagram below.

    1. The kelvin source pin of U2 is not connected to the gate circuit. First remove the connection from the gate pulse generator source, and instead connect it to the kelvin source pin.
    2. Either Tj or Tcase should be defined, but currently they are floating. These can be set by attaching a voltage source referenced to ground to either the Tj or Tcase pin (not both). This will fix the junction or case temperature to the value of the voltage applied. For example, connecting Tj to a 150V source sets the junction temperature to 150C.

    Please try implementing these changes and let me know if you have any further challenges.
