we have the MOD-PWR-MM-C3M0032120K daughter card and the associated design files where we see the revision of design files not reflecting to the physical hardware in place with us

The daughter card we have shows PCB part NO :MOD-PWR-MM-C3M0032120K Rev 3.0

but the design file PCB part no states "MOD-PWR-MM-C3M0032120K Rev 2.0 "

Could you please clarify the design differences between the Rev 2.0 and Rev 3.0 as well as share the latest Rev 3.0 design files

Hello,

The difference between the two revisions is related to the miller clamp circuitry. In the Revision 3.0, two zero ohm resistors were added to connect the miller clamp signal to the SiC MOSFET gate, bypassing the local miller clamp transistor which has been depopulated. This portion of the schematic is shown on page 15 of the user guide. R35 and R3 were introduced in Rev 3. The updated files are included here.
