The CGD12HB00D HS-PWM-P has no output waveform

Sorry to interrupt, I am a graduate student, when I tested the output of the CGD12HB00D differential transceiver, I found that the HS-PWM-P has no output waveform, while HS-PWM-N, LS-PWM-P, LS-PWM-N all have output waveforms, and the corresponding waveforms are as follows:
Channel 4 corresponds to HS-PWM-P, channel 5 corresponds to HS-PWM-N, channel 6 corresponds to LS-PWM-P, and channel 7 corresponds to LS-PWM-N. What could be the cause of this, and what are the solutions? I am looking forward to your reply, thanks.
