Package differences:TO-247-4lL and TO-247-4L-LP

Could you tell me differences between TO-247-4L and TO-247-4L Lp?

I can not find differences in the datasheet.

Hey JNagat,

Please see above for a slide that describes the differences between the TO-247-4L and new TO-247-4 LP packages. The main differences are the smaller package body on the TO-247-4 LP, think gate and kelvin leads to reduce risk of solder bridging, and no notch in EMC between Source and Drain Pins. Those are the differences you can note on the POD in the datasheet of each package

I understand the difference between -4L and -4L LP.

When I compared the E4M0025075K1 with the C3M0025075K1, I was mistakenly comparing the E4M0025075K1 as TO247-4L because it was listed as TO247-4L on the E4M0025075K1 data sheet.
I should have realized that the suffix is "K1", both devices are the same package.
