I used the reference design and found that when working in the superresonant state, the Vds produced large oscillations, but the Vgs did not show any anomalies. How can I improve it?

Hi Jink,
You can try to apply the RC snubber at the DC link. for example, 1~5nF, 10ohm. you may start with 1nF. they should be close to each of the half bridge.
