Leg forming options TO-247

Hi TBhatia, thanks for your reply. For our application we want to bend the leads from the (attachment to our heatsink) to the PCB. Example in image below. I am wondering what lead bending options can be supplied by Wolfspeed. Thank you.

Hello CJL,

Wolfspeed does not supply TO-247 devices with bended/formed leads. We have an Application Note that, section 3 of which goes over the dos and don'ts of lead bending through-hole devices and the procedure for customer's to safely bend leads for Wolfspeed TO-247 packages.
