Heatsink Recommendations for WolfPACK (FM3/GM3) Power Modules

Are there any air and/or water cooled heatsinks designed specifically for WolfPACK power modules?
The FM3/GM3 use an industry standard footprint, I am wondering if there are any heatsinks that come with pre-drilled mounting holes, etc.

We’re not aware of any COTS heatsinks designed specifically for Wolfpack modules. Our team has had success using air-cooled extruded aluminum heatsinks due to their balance of performance, cost effectiveness, and manufacturability. Many vendors of this style of heat sink also offer drill and tap services based on your needs, which will give you flexibility in determining locations of the mechanical relief mounting holes (see the Wolfpack Mounting Instructions and PCB Requirements guide, page 17). 

Our 7.5kW FM3 Three-Phase Motor Drive (using the HS MARSTON 94DN-02000-A-200 heatsink) and 25 kW FM3 Three-Phase Inverter (using the FISCHER ELEKTRONIK LA6/15012V heatsink) reference designs, which include 3D models in SolidWorks or Altium, may be a good starting point for your heatsink mechanical design.
