Configuration Issue for TI control card of evaluation board

I had bought TI control card TMDSCNCD280039C and Evaluation board MOD-MB-HB-0900V-40A. When I trying to flashing the TI control card, there is a error message as follows.

The device could be detected in the UniFlesh. And all the switches is on the position as the handbook marked. Is there another firmware download resources that could accessed?

    Were you able to successfully program the control card using UniFlash as described in the installation guide below?

    The error message you are receiving looks like an issue with the connection between your PC and the debug probe. The page below provides some details on the debug probe from TI and some troubleshooting steps.
