SPICE model for CSD01060E

I want to use CSD01060E in my SPICE simulation. The 'All SPICE models' file available online has a SPICE model for CSD01060D model. Additionally, the file says it was created in 2004. How accurate is this 'D' version compared to the 'E' version?
