SPICE model for CSD01060E

I want to use CSD01060E in my SPICE simulation. The 'All SPICE models' file available online has a SPICE model for CSD01060D model. Additionally, the file says it was created in 2004. How accurate is this 'D' version compared to the 'E' version?

I tested the model CSD01060 for forward and reverse characteristics and compared the result with the datasheet graphs (attached below) and it works fine for 25C, however it does not simulate the self-heating and transient thermal capabilities.
