I downloaded the C3M0045065D SPICE model for simulating in PSpice. I have a question I am confused about:

  1. There is not only one PSpice model in the PSpice model editor after opening it.
  1. I tried to import the model using the wizard and simulate it, but the simulation failed. It seems the subcircuit is undefined

My question is: how can I solve this issue?

    Hello,

There was a small issue with the model (in one of the .ends command) that have been fixed and attached here. I have also attached the forward characteristics (at Tj = 25C) test results below. To answer your first question, just use the C3M0045065D model and all the other subcircuits (CDSMOS_C3M0045065D, CGDMOS_C3M0045065D and GMOS_C3M0045065D) are called by the subcircuit C3M0045065D.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
