Greetings!

I am an engineer currently working with your C2M0080120D product, specifically engaged in the design of junction temperature monitoring. I would like to express my appreciation for the high-quality product provided by your company. However, we have encountered some issues in practical applications and are seeking your professional guidance.

Our design requires precise control of the junction temperature to ensure product performance and reliability. While reviewing the data sheet for the C2M0080120D, we noticed the R-Tj curves at 20A current. To better understand and apply these data in our design, we would like to know under what test environment these curves were obtained? Is there a detailed test plan that can be provided? This information is crucial for us to accurately simulate and predict the junction temperature.

Furthermore, the Spice model provided in the data sheet is used for junction temperature simulation. We are curious to know whether these models are based on mathematical modeling or filled with measured values from other currents? Understanding the origin and accuracy of the models is equally important for our design.
