Hello Support team,
Could you help us to check the simulation Tj result why different between SpeedFit and Plecs? thank you.

Hello,
Thanks for asking this question. I tested the simulation using the values from the Buck converter circuit in the offline version that you provided, and it gave me almost the same results for the MOSFET junction temperature (with an error = 2.78%).
I have also attached the SpeedFit results that I obtained, along with the parameters that I used. Additionally, I have reattached the offline circuit that you have used.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

Dear Mhusian,
Thank you very much!
To make sure same simulated result, I would like to confirm that action step as following, am I right?
- run simulation on PLECS and check the heatsink temp data. @Tambient 25C
- fill heatsink temp data into Thremal parameter sheet of Speedfit
- running on SpeedFit to getting same junction tempature of MOSFET.

Hello,
I have attached the action steps for two different heatsink models namely variable and fixed heatsinks. I have also modified the offline PLECS simulations for these two configurations (attached below) and compared them with the SpeedFit simulations (Summaries attached) and the error was below 4% for both the cases. Let us know if this solves your query.
