hello all

When I refer to the spice grid file of CAS480M12HM3, I have questions about some parameters. What is the meaning of Vthfwd and RTJ? Refers to the threshold voltage and on-resistance?

    Hi Emma,

    These parameters refer to changes in the on-state resistance and threshold voltage as a result of temperature changes in the junction. As the voltage in Tj (relates to temperature in deg C) changes, the Rds(on) and Vth will change based on this function. VthFwd and RTJ are defined in lookup tables further below in the model file.

    Can it be understood that RTJ and VthFwd do not represent on-resistance and threshold voltage, but can only say that changes in RTJ and VthFwd represent changes in on-resistance and threshold voltage?
