hi,

I want to test the dynamic and static characteristics and loss of CAB650M17HM3, CAS380M17HM3 and CAS480M12HM3 at -40℃~175℃. Is there any recommended evaluation module?

Emma,

For dynamic characterization I would suggest using the KIT-CRD-CIL17N-HM3. Using a hot plate is a good place to start on forcing the temperature higher than ambient. A thermal forcing unit can be used for low temperature testing. Take special care to ensure condensation does not become an issue.

Our datasheet includes the information you are asking about in the figures (page 4 and below).

Hello, can CAS480M12HM3 be evaluated using KIT-CRD-CIL17N-HM3? I saw in the data book that the CAS480M12HM3 is a 1.2kv device

Hi Emma,

Yes, the CAS480M12HM3 can be evaluated with the KIT-CRD-CIL17N-HM3. This eval board can support modules up to a 1700 V rating, so the 1200 V rated CAS480 will have no issue.
