Dear team,

I have few questions as below need you help:

  1. What standards does Wolfspeed use for measuring electrical characteristics data?
  2. Can you provide RBSOA and SCSOA?
  3. Is there any data available on Ids leakage current?

    Hello WEN,

    Thank you for your questions.

    1. We follow IEC 60747-8 and JEDEC standards, depending on the test/measurement. In many cases the methods are the same or very similar.
    2. We currently do not have the RBSOA data for this part but can provide SCSOA data under NDA. Would you like to start the process for NDA with Wolfspeed?
    3. The "Zero Gate Voltage Drain Current" Idss is the drain leakage current tested with drain and gate shorted. We do also test for leakage current at the operating turn-off gate source voltage of -5V for C2M1000170 and can email you that data if that's what you need.

    Thank you!
