Operational Gate-Source Voltage limits

Hi,

I have a question on the Operational Gate-Source Voltage limits for SiC MOSFETs, e.g., C3M0075120D.

In the datasheet, it says -4/15V. However, it is challenging to find this specific output. There are -3/15V and -5/20V converters available. Would you recommend using 3/15V (e.g., R15P21503D) or -5/20V (e.g., R15P22005D). For example, CGD15SG00D2 uses RKZ152005D -5/20V.

Thanks.

    Hello im_zg,

Please refer to this Application Note: DESIGN OPTIONS FOR WOLFSPEED® SILICON CARBIDE
    MOSFET GATE BIAS POWER SUPPLIES
. 15/-3V for operating gate source voltage is perfectly acceptable for our 3rd Generation MOSFETs and you can design with R15P21503D or any other 15/-3V module. Thank you!
