Hi,

About CAB600M33LM3,
One of the pin of the NTC packed in the module is connected V- as following.

Can you tell me benefit of this type of connection.
I would appreciate if you give me an example or recommended circuit connection of NTC.

Hello JNagat

This design enables the design of the module along virtual junction temperature (TVJ) without isolation, resulting in a compact module form factor.

The NTC resistance can be measured using an isolated probe referred to the low-side Source of the module. The relation between the NTC readout, and therefore MOSFET TVJ can be obtained per the equations given in datasheet Page 3. The latest 1700 V XM driver, or the HM3 gate driver reference designs also include a provision to measure MOSFET TVJ through NTC readouts.
